The 3 Elements sessions are covered in 1 week. Currently our Elements schedule options are:
2x/Week = $119/mo. (4 weeks*)
3x/Week = $169/mo. (4 weeks*)
4x/Week = $199/mo. (4 weeks*)
5x/Week = $219/mo. (4 weeks*)
(*We bill in 4 week cycles. On the occasions during the year that CFC is closed for a week, your membership duration and billing due date are pushed out 1 week.)
Discounts – We offer 10% discounts for teachers, LEO, active duty military and first responders.
After completing Elements, you can sign up for one of the CrossFit time slots below. Within a given time slot, you can choose a 2x/week, 3x/week, 4 x/week or 5x/week membership…up to the limits of how many days per week that time is offered. To ensure maximum personal attention and training quality, enrollment for each time slot is limited.

We hold FREE CrossFit workouts on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 8:30am. They are FREE for prospective members that want to try CrossFit, and for CrossFit Champions members!
