Want to try us out and see if CrossFit training and our gym is right for you? No problem. We are happy to let you give it a shot and see what you think.

After completing your FREE Week trial, you will need to complete our Elements program before officially enrolling in a CrossFit membership. Elements details are below.


To get started in the CrossFit Program you must complete Elements. At CrossFit Champions, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you’re part of the CrossFit Champions Community before you start your first group class. Led by a CrossFit Champions Coach, and delivered in small group sessions (limited to 4 participants), CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.
Each Elements session includes instruction in fundamental movement and a short CrossFit workout.

Session 1

  • Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Overhead Squat
  • Push-up
  • Pull-up

Session 2

  • Deadlift
  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull
  • Medicine Ball Clean

Session 3

  • Shoulder Press
  • Push Press
  • Push Jerk
  • Rowing

After you have completed the Elements course, you can enroll in a CrossFit class.
