1 round of:
5 minutes – Push Press (m:75lb,f:55lb) for reps
1 minute rest
5 minutes – Ab-Mat Sit-ups for reps
1 minute rest
5 minutes – Row for calories
In this workout you move from each of 3 stations after 5 minutes, with 1 minutte rest between stations. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Matt P. was surprised at the push-ups eating up the time…that would be because his were textbook perfect. All 150 of them!
Which leads to shirt-sleeve straining cannons.
This Saturday’s workout, 4-5-08, will be held at Meyer Park on Cypresswood Dr. in Spring at 9:00 a.m.
The park spans both sides of the street. We will be meeting on the NORTH side, at the northwest most corner of the parking lot (look for our vehicle – the one with CrossFit Champions in the back window…duh!). We will proceed from there to the workout area of the park promptly at 9:00 a.m.
This workout is also free to anyone that wishes to try us out.

CrossFit Champions and Champions Combat Arts are moving!
Our new location is at 12034 Spring Cypress (just west of 249).
We will be cleaning and moving in the weekend of April 12-13. Many of you have offered to help and we’d love to have it. Just give us a call.
