CrossFit Champions will conduct a small clinic on proper nutrition on Saturday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m.

Cost: $25

The clinic will last a couple hours and will include:

  • Zone basics – the why and how this meal plan works!
  • How to determine your personal food prescription – we’ll be helping you do this!
  • The importance of hydration.
  • Nutritional supplements – What works.  What doesn’t. What is essential.
  • Meal planning.
  • A Zone meal that we will be preparing for you to show you how easy this is!

What do you need to bring?

  • Something to take notes.
  • Comfortable clothes – we’ll be weighing and measuring you! Cry
