Many of you guessed it. Here it is. The great finish to a great week!
For those of you CFC athletes that come 3x/week…feel free to come in for this one even if you’ve already come in 3 times. We’ll give it to you. We want everyone in here! No slouchers! And…you’ve all got to come in for this one to see, and perhaps partake in, the optional Friday workout!
With a continuously running clock do one Burpee the first minute, two Burpees the second minute, three Burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Burpees huh, I was betting it would be Shoulder/Push-Press. Or maybe I was just WISHING it would be Shoulder/Push-Press.
Level 2 completed 13 minutes/round What a way to end the week! Loved it Matt, Thanks!
Dang, shane and I are really sad that we’re out of town and missing this one!! Maybe we’ll do it remotely….LOL
HAHAHAHA!! I’m lifting boxes for 10 hours a day. That’s MY workout. I love this week’s theme of workouts and I had a feeling you’d end with burpees.
I opted for the mystery workout…
12 minutes
I am sore from head to toe after this one.

MattP, thanks for the gentle encouragement (Screaming at me like a ticked off Drill Sgt whose daughter I just broke up with). Seriously though, I never would have finished Rnd15 in time if you HADN’T been screaming. Thx!
And thanks to you too MattM, this has been a fun & challenging week!

Just to let you know Tim that was about a 5 on the Marine Sgt’s motivation scale. I’m saving the big guns. Awesome effort Tim all you. I also wanted to point out the effort Buddy put in. It was just a short time ago that 9 burpies was almost a bridge to far much less nine rounds (45 in nine minutes) that is a steep power curve, keep it up.

Thanks Matt! It is very exciting to see growth in this area. 2 short of 10 rounds but the definition of “perfect burpee” for Level 3 on that 10th round started to wane considerably.
From my first work out at CFC I was doomed as it was burpees and wall ball shots
