The first Wed 0500 workout Pam and Matt put in the schedule is a modified filthy 50! That’s low just plain low. Let’s all admit it’s a little rough getting the eye of the tiger at 0514 or at least hard to get the sleep out of the tiger’s eye. Still on the whole about 10 min faster than my last true “filthy fifty” maybe this working out while somewhat unconscious adds some benefit.

First time doing a level 2 and those 10 extra reps plus the 10lbs. more on the KB kicked my butt! I have been whining about it all morning at work while at the same time tring to get co workers to come try it. I don’t think this approch is working.

Pam, I just showed your comment to my wife and said how you are so nice to put “lots of love”. She started laughing at me and popped my bubble by informing LOL means “laugh out loud”.
