    My runs slowed much less from beginning to end than they were when I began CFC. Hence, I think this stuff is working. Holy epiphany Batman! Give me more of the same Jedi Masters (MATT, Pam, Chris Laura).

    OK, upon further review maybe not Level 3 if the reps were 40. I must have “misremembered” (thanks for that word Roger Clemens, comes in handy sometimes) what was written on the board – was told the difference was the weight of the ball, not 20 more reps!!

    I had to do the no time for the gym because soccer is my life workout today.
    run 1.25 miles at Meyer Park
    75 squats
    30 walking lunges
    somewhere around 15 minutes
    Hopefully I will see ya’ll soon.
