me (while lying in a hospital bed awaiting surgery): and I checked the CFC webpage for what workout I might have done today and thought ‘aww man!! I’ve been begging for jumprope! I wish I could go’
Mark: you are diabolically into that workout. Never thought I’d say that.
I had my appendix out monday morning, for those of you wondering about the hospital bed. I’m fine now, though no crossfit for at least 2 weeks.
