    One round of 30? DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THIS ONE! It all looks and feels easy when you are warming up but this thing takes every muscle you got. By 10 you are well winded, by 15 real fatigue sets into the supporting muscles, form begins getting sloppy, the squats get slower and the breaks longer, by 20 reps the light and the end of the tunnel is deceptive as you grind out the final 10, and if you go too heavy the light is more likely a train (believe me, you definately know whether you went too heavy by this point). This is not quite a “Fran” as a short duration high intesity workout, but maybe her ugly cousin and thats a tough blind date if you took “Angie” on last night. (By the way yes, workouts named after girls are the only dating life a married father of two has.)

    We are done with our mandatory shifts!!!!!! Yea!!!!!
    If I don’t get there today, it will definitely be tomorrow. I can’t wait to see everybody and feel “normal” again.

    first, i apologize for the angry cursing today. I haven’t been that irritated with a workout since running with med balls and I still don’t think I was that vocal.
