It was very impressive to see chris benching 60-65lbs more than his body weight three times. Nice work, and thanks for the push(and for putting up with the “hate music” as you put it).

Thanks. And I call it “Angry Music”, not “Hate Music”. I’m not sure if they hate anything, because I can’t understand a word they are screaming. However, I’m pretty sure they are angry about something.

  3. James says:

Can I request some Garth Brooks this afternoon?

  4. Matt P. says:

Maybe some Laurence Welk afterwords, don’t worry I’ll bring my i-pod?

  5. Dick D says:

How about if you dry heave (sp) you get to choose the tunes. This could be an honorable mention award in lieu of Tshirt since you didn’t blow chunks.

  6. Buddy says:

Sweet I can do that so I get to pick – how about something lively like Norah Jones!

  7. Darlene says:

You guys are killing me…it is supposed to be music that makes you want to move at a fast paced. I don’t want to go to sleep.

  8. CFCPam says:

Anyone is welcome to bring their own music but remember it has to be kid-o.k. from 5 – 6 p.m. M-W-F as there is a kids’ class at that time.

And be careful…I’ve got all the Garth music and Norah’s first CD so that’s always a possibility. You’re on your own with Lawrence Welk. We do have some Beethoven and Aggie Band music in lieu of Mr. Welk.

  9. Sara says:

I’m with Darlene, as long as it is fast paced play it. And P.S. the music needs to be quite a bit louder on days like mondays workout so I can drown out the sound of my inner cuss words.

  10. L McC says:

Darlene took the words right out of my mouth…killing me. I would prefer no music to any of the above choices so I don’t go to sleep or out of my mind. It’s a struggle in itself to stay awake when you are working out before the sunrises.

  11. Gerry says:

After about the first round who’s hearing music anymore anyway? All I hear is the blood pounding in my head…

  12. Matt P. says:

No prize for dry heaving as just shows a lack of follow through

  13. Darlene says:

    90-95-100-105(x2)-105(x2)
    Run: 3:27

  14. James says:

    185-225-245-275(x2)-275(x2)
    Run: 4:42

  15. TimM says:

    185-195-205-215-220(x1)
    Run: 2:44
I want to say a special thanks to Laura, Pam, Chris, & Matt! Six months ago I was benching at, but not over, 200# & I’d guess my time for the half was between 3:00 – 3:15. This improvement is a direct result of CFC!

  16. Christian says:

    135-145-155-165-175
    Run: 3:26

  17. Gerry says:

    185 – 195 – 205 – 215 – 225 ( 2x )
    Run Forrest Run ! – 3:4?
All I know is that Darlene beat me as usual…

  18. Matt P. says:

    205-225-235-255(bust)-245(1) aaaaa-so-so
Run: 2:51 I’m pleased but Tim still clipped me.

  19. Buddy says:

Did decent on the bench press – I feel next time I can do more – 195. But… I did the whole run without stopping – first time for me! 4:24.

  20. MattL says:

    135-155-160-165-170
    Run: 3:18

  21. Terry H says:

    185-205-205-215-215
    5:21
Weak and slow, quite a combination.

  22. Lisa C. says:

I love Forrest!!!! How about the Pussy Cat Dolls??? Pep it up some :)
