    This was an increase of 30lbs compared to 8/12.

    Great job to Casey who ended at 164!!!

    Hey everybody. For those who like “endurance” I just discovered a ‘Crossfit_Endurance’ website. From the looks of most of their WODs you can choose between cycling, running, swimming, or C2(rowing) – whatever suits your fancy. It also looks like they expect you do their WOD in addition to CF_HQ’s WOD. So if you’re up for 2 WODs/day here you go: http://www.crossfitendurance.com/

    Or…you can do our WOD in addition to the endurance work on their site. You know, for those of you that train with us.

    285 is about on-par with my last try at this. Not to make excuses but I was feeling run down. For a short week, it’s been a long week.
    Incredibe job MattP – maybe you can swing by this weekend and lift/hold up the front of my truck while I change the oil.
