Don’t have time to workout because you can’t make it home in time to put on your UnderArmor? Give us a break! Buddy rushed in and worked out in his work clothes rather than miss the workout!

Although we did 40-30-20 this morning it was a good workout. I do have to say the Knees to Elbows thingy was a very strange movement. looking forward to next week.
Oops, that should be 35lb.

Grip on the KTE’s became huge after swinging the 70 so this cost me time, gentlemen the door is open. I also wanted to take the time to recognize that there are a lot of faces that I don’t recognize, but what is amazing that with time and dedication Matt and Pam have kept the same outstanding environment they had in their garage when I met them almost a year ago. I love reading everyone’s posts and seeing them at workouts and wanted to point a couple out. Tim M set the strongest time yesterday not by seconds BUT MINUTES, bartender I’ll have what he’s drinking. 8 months ago, mornings was Casey, Lana and Catherine and me with Pam nursing a coffee, for this old Marine it was like showing up to work out on “The View” but, I recommend any new member talk to them about their experiences in last 8 months because I can attest that they are transformed. Buddy, I am looking forward to meeting you at a workout there is no such thing as sub-level I. Here’s why, yesterday you believe Matt and Pam worried you wouldn’t make it, I say they were worried that you have so much desire and heart that they were afraid you wouldn’t know when to quit, either way, you have one of the two required qualities for true success in CrossFit, the other is consistency, keep up the good work.
Thanks for the kudos Matt. It’s not what I was drinking yesterday but the fact I ‘recovered’ by skipping all of Wed & Thurs-noon workouts. After being Murph’d I had to back off some.

Heck of a job, Tim!
