    Update from Out of Shape L1:

    Thursday’s workout: 16:40 – beat my wife by 5 seconds – wooo hooo – ok she did kind of wait for me so that I can run with her – but then at the end I sped up to beat her on the DB cleans :)

    The XL kettle bell was not intentional it was early and it looked like the right size. Goes to show you what you can do when you don’t think about it, or as Roy McAvoy expressed in TIN CUP when he was told that he was thinking to much “That’s hardly ever been the case”. I believe I remember Thurs workout from the old garage days does anybody have a date to go with that.
