Update from “out of shape L1″…
Yesterday’s workout was pretty cool – did 1/2 at 50 reps and 1/2 at 30 reps – I think my time was: 3 days 4 hrs and 2 mins or something like that
As perscribed: 40lbs dumbells.

Hats off to Casey for bending to peer pressure and showing up on her off day. If you notice Chris McC’s time is a minute behind me but, the same 40lb dumbells. Chris is a little over 40lbs lighter than me. When comparing a power to weight ratio (a true performance metric) his is the much better performance.
