man, I am loving all of the workouts this week! And I mean it without any of my typical sarcasm. Work has been tough but this will be a great friday workout.

Attempted p/u with bands on the 1st round which slowed me down…finished using jumping p/u…I need a p/u clinic…the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak!
OK… I don’t see many L1 posts – so… to encourage others that are in my shoes (new, out of shape, and desiring change) I will start posting mine.
Thursday Workout: L1 7:20.

Woo Hoo…..today I graduated to band pull-ups……………boy was that hard. Even though it was tough I look forward to the change. Time for me to step it up.
Really slowed my time down……but that’s OK.
