David – we’ve all been there; hang in there though! Anything worth having’s gonna have a price. Personally I like the saying (I think it’s a USMC saying) that “Pain is weakness leaving the body”. Wait until you’ve been here long enough to do certain WODs for the second time – and can see the improvement you’re making. Trust me, you’ll be amazed!
I was travelling on business and am bummed about missing this one. My quads are burning just reading it.
