As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes:

8 Dynamic Push-ups (watch this video for reference, but we’ll be using a plate instead of a ball)
10 Pull-ups

    this looks like fun. And I actually mean that without sarcasm. Yay me! I’m growing. I guess you decided hurricane weather wasn’t good for running. I looked at the hour by hour weather forecast and not surprisingly the highest chances of rain are only when you guys are open.

    We haven’t gotten near enough pics of our folks running in the rain so…thank goodness for hurricanes!

    11 rounds + 8 push-ups & 5 pull-ups
    (yes, the numbers are upped at the gym)
    no hand tears, but some pretty good blisters. A good day

    I’ve definitely been the one wanting to run in the rain. Maybe because I’ve never done it, but you guys see how flushed I get! I thought a nice rainy jog might be relaxing? Am I wrong?

    right alongside Robert and Becky. Can’t wait to see that fabulous picture of our crushed spirits when Matt told us we were only 9 minutes in.

    And I’ve decided that matt and pam need to make it pour down rain every day for our workouts. The rest of you might disagree but that short run in the rain was sooo nice. And even better was getting to sit in a cold “shower” as soon as we finished the workout. Yep it was a good day for me.
