    Yes, I lost track and ran an extra round. As John Wayne’s character in the “The Sands of Iwo Jima” Sgt. Stryker said, “The world a tough place, and its alot tougher when your stupid”. This is the perfect example of why you can not mentally check out to survive. Picture “Fight Club” When Tyler Durden earns his chemical burn scar. Don’t go to your cave w/ your power animal. Be in the moment relize the pain, enjoy the effort, convince yourself to push through, cause 80% of the world doesn’t have the guts. Does extra round mean I can have a donut today?

    I’m a day behind. Filthy Fifty: 41:08 only adjustment was a 16# med. ball. Had to share some of the equip with a buddy so might have been a little faster (maybe!). This one should feel nice after the Filthy. Looking forward to actually meetinng some of you guys in person.
