225 felt a little heavy & I still felt burnt from last night. In hind-sight though it was the Pull-Ups, not the DL, that was my limitation so maybe I should have gone for Level 3. Grip wasn’t an issue either; I thought it would be. I used the Hook grip on my 1st set of DLs – ouch! 2nd & 3rd set I used the over/under.
Here’s a lesson I’ve been learning the hard way: I never look back on the last day’s wod and think to myself: “I wish I’d gone just a little bit slower.”
