    Hi Guys! Hard to believe that it has almost been one full year of Crossfit Training. Thanks to you guys Shawn and I got started at your Pain in the Park in early Sep 06. I celebrated with a PR in Cindy today…….20 rounds + pullups and pushups. First time I never broke sets. Thanks for getting me started! Good luck for another year of continued success.
