With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed, and thoughts, to comments.

And now a little inspiration!
Thank you to all those who serve and those who are missing them back home! You’re in our thoughts and prayers every day.

GREAT video! I like the modified Burpees at the very end – where you have to jump over a parallette.
Awesome video!!! I am proud to say my little brother Brandon is a United States Marine. I couldn’t be more proud of him. He glady serves our country and has served two terms in Iraq and is looking forward to his third.
My favorite quote……..
“Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But, Marines don’t have that problem.”
Ronald Reagan, President of the United States; 1985
Thank you for the awesome video, we all need to remind everyone of all the brave woman and men that are serving our country proudly! BLESS THEM ALL
Wow! That’s all I can say.

Vote for representatives who will not undermine our troops!
