Yesterday was a valuable lesson in how disfunctional my push-ups have become (all arms and shoulders). In the course of a short conversation with Matt he listened and ID several remedies that all made complete sense. I am writing this to remind anyone who feels they are not growing or moving forward to remember Matt and Pam have a deep and growing knowledge base, don’t relegate them to timekeepers (and evil workout creators). I urge every crossfitter to utilize all available resouces in your climb to the top. Thanks Matt, I’ll be gunning for ya.
