This would be an excellent road workout to put in your bag of tricks for business and vacations this summer. Crossfittiing in the “Cardio Room” at the Double Tree in Tulsa gets’em a little freaked out. Or maybe its the wheezing, sweat and spit (probably the sweat). Either way they know me.
