    No shoulder execuses. This workout will have you panic breathing in no time. The 21-21-21 plays a few tricks as well with all the 21-15-09 we do; excellent pattern breaker.

    In an effort to practice what I preach, I had to “take it easy” today and go Level2. You know…active recovery. Yeah, right.

    I enjoyed this one quite a bit, but I prefer anything to running. Love the purple grips for knees to elbows BTW. They really helped.
