    I’m out too – my trip to Charlotte, NC, got extended through the end of the week. Going out to eat with vendors & not exercising is going to make for some interesting WODs at the start of next week . . . .

    Yeah, I’m going to be hurting really bad getting back in there!! I actaully fractured my rib in a pool accident!
