    If you are having any trouble w/ grip check with Matt M. about the “thumblock”, it hurts like the dickens but really paid off today with a 30lbs improvement.

    114,134,154,164,174,189

    I believe 189 is a personal best, especially for 3 reps. I lost my journal and am having to start record keeping over, but the last CFTotal we did had me at 180 for a single rep. Can’t wait to see what it’ll be the next time.
