1 min Squats
1 min of Push Jerks (same wt.)
rest 1 minute

Post push jerk loads and total metcon reps and thoughts to comments.

    We haven’t done Slam balls in along time! How about slam balls, Box jumps and add in the wallball shots just because Anthony mentioned it and throw in a run or row! Just a suggestion.

    Started too heavy with feet too far apart at beginning and end of movement. Last 2 reps were terrible. Need to work on not going wide. Thanks for the help Matt.

    Wrists were definitely the limiting factor on the push jerks. I’ve never done sets of 5 before and the weight really compounds on your wrists a lot more than it does on the shorter sets. Great idea for a mini-metcon Jose. It kicked my butt.
