We haven’t done Slam balls in along time! How about slam balls, Box jumps and add in the wallball shots just because Anthony mentioned it and throw in a run or row! Just a suggestion.
Settle down guys. I think the last time people were “mentioning” things to Matt, we ended up with a Filthy Fifty WOD on a day with a heat index of 105. Be careful what you ask for. We haven’t used the ropes in a WOD yet…..

Wrists were definitely the limiting factor on the push jerks. I’ve never done sets of 5 before and the weight really compounds on your wrists a lot more than it does on the shorter sets. Great idea for a mini-metcon Jose. It kicked my butt.
