With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

15 Box Jumps (m:24in,f:20in)
15 Push-ups

While partner A is performing rounds, partner B is running 400m.  When partner B returns from the run, he/she takes over on working on rounds, but only after partner A completes the round they are working on, at which partner A takes off for their 400m run.

Partners continue to take turns running and working on rounds for 25 minutes.

Post number of team completed rounds and thoughts to comments.
