Trying to get back into the flow. Been sick since Sunday, or as Amy Jo would call it, “drama”. Before the WOD I did 4 strict muscle ups (not continuous) without any swinging or kip. Did one more after the WOD. It’s all about the transition. Trying to keep false grip after 1st MU to go into the next.

  19. Anna and Trenton says:

I don’t know what levels our weights were, but here it is:

    Trenton
    35# KB, 25# thrusters
    8:52

    Anna
25# KB, 15# thruster (still having shoulder issues)
    6:30

  20. John says:

    L2/3
    9:09

Did 53# KB for all 3 rounds
started with 45# DB’s, dropped to 35# half way through 1st round, and then ended up with goblet squats in the final round because my shoulders couldn’t handle the full press. I’m really struggling to recover from Monday’s workout. My K2E’s were not great, but MUCH MUCH better than they’ve been in the past. I was able to almost touch my elbows on the first 12 or so, which is a big accomplishment considering I could barely get my knees above my waist during elements.

  21. Amy Jo says:

    10:00 from home
    35 lb KB
didn’t have dumbbells so used 65 lb barbell
