    8:38- Whew, hopefully that flushes the muscles of some of the acid build up from yesterday. This wasn’t easy by any means, but it sure was a nice change of pace. Couldn’t quite lean back to get a full stroke on the rowing machine though. Abs are so sore and burned up from yesterday I felt like I couldn’t get back up when I leaned back. Stupid Abs!
