*(doing wall balls, while the ball is in the air do a fast squat-see this video as example)

    I think this is one of those things that if you do it right you should feel a little silly (supermans). The description given to me was the guys in the video look like pistons. I myself am more like a west Texas pump jack than a piston. So I would thow, catch, full squat, full wall ball, slower but I was squating with the ball.
