Level II: 6:10
(75 lbs)
A 2+ minute improvement over my previous effort less than 60 days ago. I believe that “Fran” is CrossFit distilled to its essence. When I can drop to a sub 4 I’ll shoot for Level III. With all this good news I still have to say that walking in at 5:35 in the a.m. and seeing “Fran” on the board makes you reassess your commitment for just a second.

Thought of the week:
How important does a person have to be before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?

Level 2

Level 2

Determined by the media. I’ve never worked an “assasination”.
Level 2

19 Sec slower than in Jan but I did Level 1 then.
Tough workout. Not even half way through & I was GASPING for air.
Nice flips Chris!
