    Level II 25:25- 45KB, JR 200, 400, 600
    Not especially hard if you don’t jump rope in a state of muscle tenseness comparable with passing a bowling ball sized kidney stone, did I mention I tend to hold my breath when concentrating. Jump rope proficiency will be the single greatest factor in your time.

    Jump rope proficiency/efficiency was the main factor. I guess I should have done Level3; Ring Push-ups weren’t nearly as bad as I thought they’d be.
