200 Jump Rope
15 Overhead Squats (m:95lb,f:65lb)

(the call was made this morning to switch this from 400m runs to 200 jump ropes, due to expected all day thunderstorms)

    Rope was easy but OHS destroyed me; shoulder mobility still a major issue w/this movement. I guess I need to ‘agressively’ stretch it out.

    Those overhead squats are so hard for me – I found it difficult to keep my form and keep my shoulders active the whole time. Good workout.
