I have been following WODs for a while and I noticed that folks are listing themselves as a level 1, level 2, etc. What do those different levels mean and how does that affect how the workouts are scaled?
Level_1 (55#), kipping PUs – 7:58
Level 2 (75lbs.), kipping – 5:50
Level 2 (75lbs), kipping – 6:16
