Burpee Challenge day 79

Push-up/Slam Ball Running Clock

With a continuously running clock do one Push-up the first minute, two Slam Balls (m:15lb,f:12lb) the second minute, three Push-ups the third minute, four Slam Balls the fourth minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Post number of minutes completed and thoughts to comments.

    Dropped to knee pushups on round 14
    Didn’t quite make the cut on round 22. Made it to 15 pushups.

    18 rounds – knees, 10 lb slamballs

    I got to 18 push-ups on the 19th round, but couldn’t get that last one before time was called, darn it!

    I knew Push-ups were going to be the death of me. I told myself I was going to do them straight up until I couldn’t anymore. By 18 rounds my arms were cashed out. Had I gone to knees sooner, I might have had more in me. But I always strive for the RX/square.

    YES, Trenton and I got the same thing AGAIN…but I promise, we are NOT holding hands…we are even going seperately with the other pushing the one doing the WOD…I can’t explain it! AND, I think I kinda like doing the WOD in the evening. I can see what people did in their workout and have a goal in mind. I’m not really competitive or anything like that.

    22 rounds…Went to knees at 16..Did the workout from home. All I had was a 10 lb slam ball.

    19 rounds…went to knees at 13…did the workout at home w/ a 10lb slam ball. My shoulders are screaming today from Mon & Tues WODs. Great workouts!
