    I had a hard time holding onto the bar and my forearms were dying by round 2. I know I could’ve gone a little faster on the run, but my toe has about had it with me. I’m thinking I might need to take some time off to let it heal, but I always feel so guilty when I do that…I know, I have issues!!

    I did 200m runs and 20 reps. Also did the first few reps of the 2nd and 3rd rounds on the 45 lb bar, because the heavier one wasn’t available.
