Burpee Challenge day 75

(compare to 11-14-08)

With a continuously running clock do one Burpee the first minute, two Burpees the second minute, three Burpees the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

    I got 9 rounds, and then I did the rest of my burpees for the day. For those who want to do the math, the formula is:
    n(n+1)/2. So my 9 rounds was 9*10/2 or 45 burpees.
