    14:21~ WOW!!! That was a killer, and Matt wanted us to finish somewhere b/w 6-8 minutes! My arms felt like they couldn’t even lift me up anymore. Fatigue, fatigue, and fatigue.

    …at least I beat Justin! Ha :-) It was probably the donuts he’s been eating all week. They aren’t paleo! Don’t beat me up tomorrow Justin for making a joke at your expense!! All in fun. You always beat me so it’s only fair to tease a bit.

    When I saw this workout last night, my first thought was, “Are they trying to kill us?” And now I know it’s true. 6-8 minutes? Yikes!

    I was definately off of my game this morning. Maybe it was the donuts. I thought I was going to knock this out this morning and do all real push-ups. After 27 and 24, I was spent. Arms were jello. I will catch yall tomorrow.

    Oh, and Joe was a mad man this morning. He did it in 8:25. So the 6-8 minutes is doable.

    I am going to pray there are NO push-ups or pull-ups in the WOD tomorrow. I don’t think I can do anymore of those!!
    Sorry, Marnie, for not hitting 6-8 minutes…it got to the point on the push-ups where I could only do 2 at a time!

    Anna, that’s a great time…plus you did your pushups on your toes! Impressive!! :-) You would have been impressed with your sister this morning doing her burpees right after the workout! She was an animal, I told her I can see the relation now!

    Justin: Thanks for the coaching. I was scaled from 27 to 24 so that helped with my time. I am just glad I had already done my burpees. Only 27 days left!!!

    Had to do this with a 10lb med ball because that’s all the fitness center had. It was way too bouncy though. Anyway, it was great to get into the gym and do a crossfit workout away from those annoying camp kids! Miss you guys in the wrecking crew!
