    Anna 18:27 red band

    Trenton did 4 rounds of 25 each and I did 5 rounds of 20 each. I’m not sure if this was allowed or if we were required to do the full 100 at one time, but we did it in rounds. Hopefully, that was ok!

    Were we not allowed to do it in rounds?!?!? Oops…
    There was NO way I was gonna be able to pull 100 pull-ups, at one time, out of my body. My arms and chest are shot.

    wt-assisted pullups (lots of assistance was needed for back 50)
    no mods on pushups, which slowed to a silly crawl by around 55-60
    I MUST master kipping pu’s

    Met my goal of all 100 pull ups on blue band…but ran out of gas, so had to go to mod push ups.
    Have a lot more work to do.

    1/2 red band then JPU
    1/2 knee pushups

    What a tough workout. I am glad to say that I actually completed all 100 reps for this one. Doing 100 of each exercise really forces you to fight to get all of the reps.

    After all those pullups, my grip is shot!

    No mods for first 70 kip pullups. Had to go to red band for last 30 pull up. Everything else as Rx’d.
