    And now for Ridicule……..I would like to point out that JAMIE A has not made a full 3 days of workout since I started. He had the chance today, and he wussed. AGAIN. So this is my personal challenge to him. SHOW UP!

    Jamie told me he has a mountain bike workout scheduled for tomorrow so he had to recover from the workouts…he did how many workouts this week??! See Jamie, I may not be there, physically, but I’m still here. And oh yeah, I’m actually doing the workouts…..hmm. I team-tageed him with you Justin!!

    Way to go Monica!! Great improvement. I got 21:43 last time. And, awesome improvement Brent!! That’s fabulous!!! Doing all real pull-ups on this workout is VERY hard.

    Each activity was modified in April for either 10 or 5 less.
    Today I did the full numbers.

    Jamie: You should have been here today. I, like you, was so sore yesterday. I had no mobility in my neck. There’s a muscle or ligament or something that runs from the left side of my neck and angles down toward the outer part of my body that would not stretch. I seriously considered calling Tim Sr. or Jr. for an emergency massage. It felt a little better when I got out of bed this morning but I still did not have full range of motion. After today’s workout, I noticed that I now have full range of motion. No soreness. I think it was that my body was on FIRE and the heat relaxed everything. That and the endorphins–I’m just a happy camper! Another benefit of CFChampions! Have fun on your mountain bike.

    Way to go Wrecking Crew!!!

    Rx 19:49 Normally I would be outraged at gaining 43 seconds onto a time but, last nights workout in the heat squeezed me like a cheap sponge and working out 12 hours later I think I’ll call it even.

    JPUs, 30 lb KB, 10 lb slam ball, cheated myself on box jumps and did 12″ for the first 30 bc 18″ was taken and I think I would have killed myself on the 20″ bc I couldn’t feel my legs. Did the last 10 on 18″ box when it was open.
    Not a great time but after last night just glad to have gotten through it.
    I’m thinking that Patron does not = Paleo. :) gotta love Crossfit for holding you accountable.

    Allright!! So, I’ll see Jamie in the am. I love all this crap we have going on~so fun!! As for me not being there this am, I really felt like I was going to throw up when I got up, so I will do the workout this evening while my boys do theirs. See the 5am groupies in the morning! :-)

    well, it was HOT!!! 24:18, 1:30 faster than last time and I was scaled minus 5 on each thing last time…so, I guess I should be happy, but I won’t lie, I wanted a better time. Too much resting to breathe…maybe next time!! :-)
