    Knees…..Towards the end I was on the very verge of losing breakfast…closest I’ve ever been….but Casey just kept yelling at me, I couldn’t quit, I was scared….I want my mommy!

    I have to say that the WC has some motivators in it. If they aren’t beating me time wise, they are screaming at me. But I truely appreciate it. I try to repay the favors when I can.

    We took yesterday off, as I am trying to give my toe a break from running (because of the challenge this weekend) and today’s workout was one that got Trenton and I, both, a little light-headed when it was over…the rowing kicked my tail.

    Hey guys, keep in mind, when Trenton and I post, don’t compare our times to yours…ONLY because we have slightly different equipment than you. I know 1000m row is 1000m row, BUT, for example, my rower only measures in miles. SO, it’s a little harder to get the “exact” meters as you all do. I am posting this because I know how competitive I am so that means there are some of you out there that are just like me. In today’s workout, since I can do 500m row anywhere from 1:53 to 2:03, I estimated 4:15 for my rowing vs trying to measure in miles.
    My point is, I can only compare my time to my time…and I want you all to know that, as well.
    Man…I miss y’all…

    I expected the rowing to be my biggest hurdle since this is the first time I did 1000m in one shot. Not exactly speedy, but the DB thrusters really wiped me out for the burpees. Thanks for the motivation, Crew!

    Little upset with myself for slowing down on the burpee’s. Should have went for it. Easier said relaxing on the couch but next just gonna go for it. Want to be under for 11 but hey, gotta start somewhere.

    Burpees knees (which I don’t even remember)
    Evening work-outs in record high temps – yipee! Shortly after the work-out I realized I could not even remember doing the burpees.
