    Max deadlift is 225lbs, was thinking about doing 205 but went to 185. This afternoon running WOD

    Lame jumprope times again (thanks for the encouragement at the end there MattP, Jose, and Joe!) BUT it was kind of fun to test deadlift weights and blow right past a weight that was a max a few months ago. Pretty cool!

    Yes, I should have done the Rx weight, but I was chicken!Heat and dizzy with Tami = Tami on the ground out cold! Will do it next time, Someone just be prepared to catch me or at least help me up:)

    Way to go everyone!! Sheila!…for all practical purposes you lifted your body-weight in today’s workout! Repeatedly. We’ll get Tim M. back in and doing more jump-rope clinics as soon as his shoulder is ok for it. That’ll speed up the jump ropes.
