O.K. so I woke up this morning giving myself the same pep talk I do every workout morning, “I’m going to own this WOD today!”
SO…..18:40 something later after the start of the WOD, I layed on my back from having my rear handed to me. The only words I can recall are, “WELCOME TO MONDAY MORNING.”, from CFCMAT.
Thanks 5:55am class for the push at the end. You guys kicked but with the intensity level in the gym this morning.

I dont have any skin left on my palms, but I dont mind because I completed 105 kipping pull-ups. I wanted desperately to switch to jpu when I started losing chunks of skin, but I worked through it somehow. Sorry BJ for flinging my chalk in your face!

12:20 20 lbs & JPUs with questionable form. Exercises requiring multiple movements give me trouble.
