OMG…those 2 fer 1′s are freakin’ hard…and, as the demo says, you DON’T want to catch the ball on the way up, but half the time, that’s what I did. You have to do your squats really fast and toss that ball really high in order to get it done. I agree with Beth…not pretty! Still a fun workout, just felt a little stupid in the coordination area!

Ok, so I’m jumprope-challenged and gotta get over the double-jump thing I learned in 2nd grade and never quite got past…lots of room for improvement here! Thanks for the encouragement this morning, Pam and Crew!
Only smacked myself in the head with the medicine ball a couple times on the 2-fer-1s, but fortunately, I was using a light med ball – whew! Fun workout though.
Don’t fret, Sheila! I smacked my head once and it rolled off my back another time!! Live and learn!
Day off today but after watching Matt M doing a few 2 fer 1′s yesterday, I went home and practiced with a 10# ball. Needs lots more practice and I probably should not use a 10# ball to start with.
