    Ive made a decision………..burpees is now my most hated exercise in crossfit to date….LOL FYI, just signed up for the level I certs in Charolette NC in Sept., Im pretty excited, also got my five finger vibrams finally (after receiving the wrong size at first).

    Ok, today was better at home, but where my stuff is arranged is still not the best. I had to go upstairs to do the OH squats.

    Wasn’t able to come today, and it looks like I missed a great workout! Got my fivefingers, though :) Tomorrow start elements, and I’m completely excited… I’ll finally be official :)

    This one was tough to do in the gym without a place to run, lost a lot of time getting the treadmill going for the runs…
