Burpees are my Nemesis….that is why I hate to have missed this morning’s workout. I may have to try this one on my own, although it certainly won’t be the same without the Wrecking Crew yelling at me! I’m interested to see what kind of numbers are being posted, that’ll give me a target if I do get the courage to attempt this on my own.
Why, why, why, why, why did I get up this morning….oh to do 195 burpees. What a way to start the day!

Man, you guys averaged 10 burpees per minute. I think on a really good day, I might be able to average 5 per minute. Way to go!

It was very interesting today, esp. the last 5 minutes.
Holy Crap, I struggle with 50 Burpees, and you people are posting numbers of 100+! I know this is over 20 minutes, but then again, IT IS OVER 20 MINUTES. I didn’t work out this morning, and already my body is in shock. Amazing, you ladies are simply amazing.
OK, we slept in and now I’m scared to go this afternoon…..
All I know is that someone pushed the morning crew’s fast foward button and left me on slow mode. 163 kick out,no knees. Great job this morning ladies. OVER 200+

I do know that I hated burpees before today and this workout did nothing to change my opinion of burpees.
