    that was heavy… and so were the cleans. Should have had 6 rounds at least. First two rounds, too slow on cleans.

    Too slow on the boxes. If I was going to go that slow I should have done 30″. You can see these things so clearly AFTER the WOD.

    No chalk on the pullups (not really my choice as the chalk is gone!) and I didn’t go flying off the bar and take out my fellow crossfitters! My hands feel pretty good after 42 pullups so I’m officially off the chalk!

    Went to run my warmup jog and I took 2 steps and feel like I pulled a calf muscle – Grrrrr – Ice, Ice, Ice

    7 rds + 1 pull up.

    Didn’t use the gymnastic grips today and almost tore a couple callouses off. I even used the dremel today to knock down the callouses.
