Who Really Owns “Fight Gone Bad“?

Just so you all know, CrossFit Champions will no longer be participating in the annual FGB fundraiser coordinated by Sports Grants in September of each year.  Read the above linked article for the obvious reason.

That being said, CrossFit HQ is preparing a Fight Gone Bad fundraiser for June.  Who’s in?  Lets make this year the most CFC has ever raised!!!  Who’s with us?

    knee to plank pushups for a while then went straight to knee pushups

    starting off with 30 burpees as a warmup was a killer

    then went to Muay Thai class – sure is fun punching those bags !
